Partnerships

The best cases start with a partner.

Every case in this library began as a conversation. A program that needed something real to teach with. A team that wanted its own numbers turned into the assignment. A partner who knew an industry well enough to say what the hard decision actually was.

Bring us the problem and the people. We bring the writing, the data work and a delivery system that hands every student a file of their own.

Why it works

A publishing relationship, not a purchase order.

Partnerships here are built to run for years. Four things make that possible and every one of them shows up in the work.

01

Published, not assembled.

Every case is written, edited and produced in house. Nothing is licensed in and relabeled. When your program puts its name on a case, the standard behind it is ours to defend.

02

The data comes with it.

A brief without a dataset is a story. Each case ships with the figures the decision was made on, so the work is analysis rather than recall.

03

Prepared per person.

A cohort gets a download prepared for each account rather than one file passed around. Rosters change and terms restart. The delivery keeps up.

04

One name on the other end.

You talk to the people who write the cases. No ticket queue and no handoff between three teams before a word is written.

Ways to partner

Five doors into the same catalogue.

Most partnerships start at one of these and grow into another. Tell us which one sounds like you and we will take it from there.

In practice

What a partnership turns into.

Four shapes the work takes once it is running. Partner names stay private. What the partnerships produce does not have to.

  1. 01

    One elective becomes the program.

It starts with a single case in one course. The department sees what the discussion turns into and the next term arrives with a sequence.

  2. 02

Onboarding stops being a slide deck.

An academy rebuilds its first week around a decision the business actually faced. New hires argue it on day two instead of watching someone else argue it.

  3. 03

The catalogue picks up an accent.

A regional partner takes the library into a market we do not publish in directly. The cases pick up the industries that market runs on.

  4. 04

Data arrives with the thinking attached.

A platform team licenses a slice of the catalogue for evaluation work. What they come for is the reasoning written beside the numbers.

How it starts

Three steps and one message.

Tell us the problem.

One message with the audience, the timeline and the domain. A person reads it and answers.

We scope it in writing.

What gets written, what data it runs on, who it is for and what you are free to do with it. Agreed before anything begins.

It ships and it repeats.

Cases go live for your accounts and downloads are prepared per person. The second one is easier than the first.

Bring us a problem worth teaching.

Tell us who it is for and what they need to be able to do at the end of it. We will tell you what a case on it looks like and what it takes to get there.
